Each week teachers select a student from their class that exemplifies what a good student should be. The criteria for a good student is someone that works hard everyday, wants to do a good job in class, is in class everyday, is not tardy, and treats everyone with respect. We are pleased to announce that the following students were chosen as student of the week by their teachers for the month of April.

From the list of students above the elementary teachers and staff select one student of the month for grades K - 2 and one student from grades 3 – 5. The students of the month for April 2006 are Jose Rubi in Mrs. Turner’s 2 nd grade class and Samantha Schwarting in Mrs. Hathaway’s 3 rd grade class.
